Grainger Market haberdashery has bells for any Morris Dancers or others needing some

Mrs Quilt  A gem of a place. 

Is this your photograph? 

Were they proper Morris bells or embellishments?

They have a much bigger store in Wakefield.

Bentonbag  Yes my photo last Saturday - I think they would have jingled if I'd picked them up and shaken them but I thought the assistant might object.

Got the sewing machine out yesterday: 

patched and/or took in four pairs of Thunderthighs’ jeans and one of mine; 

restitched the seams of seven Sheffield pure cotton pillow cases (creating two tea towels in the process);

repaired one of my thick cotton shirts 

and put the handle back on a big Ikea bag. 

Lots of swearing was involved.

Today I shall take a walk up to the cleaners with the summer duvet and a pair of jeans that need a replacement zip.
