Duck Goose Grouse

A while ago one of us bought a frozen duck, which has got in the way almost every time I want to find something in the chest freezer.
Last week I mentioned something about "that effing duck!"
so Fester said "Duck for tea on Sunday?"
On Friday morning he got it out to start defrosting.
At lunchtime, when I got home from knit'n'natter, he announced "I've got the goose."
Great, we're ready for Xmas.
And now I have to shift an effing great goose every time I want to find something in the chest freezer.
Darklady  What happened to “Duck for Tea”?  I’m guessing it’s Still in the Freezer!
Bentonbag  Roasted and (mostly) eaten. The gravy was delicious. He cooks not me.
Bazoukiboy  Duck or Grouse?
Bentonbag  Are we talking birds or verbs?
DrE  Are Lidl selling geese already
Bentonbag  That's where he got it.
