Busy Morning

The blog is short and sweet today.

It's been a busy morning.

The day centre rang us on Friday to say the minibus was going in for its MOT this morning so they were collecting everybody early and could Ferretfingers  be ready for 9am.   

Which meant the time I might have spent blogging was spent getting him up and ready far too early.

Then I loaded the washer and set it off.

Then had breakfast (a slice of melon, toast and coffee).

Then Thunderthighs and I drove to Wallsend to take all Saturday's craft fair stuff (table, boxes, stuff) back to LDNE.

Then to Sainsbury's.

Then unloading the washer and hanging out the stuff; today was trousers and dark coloured.  

The next load will be whites and undies but there's no room on the line until the first load is dry.

I got caught up on Ferretfingers' ironing yesterday, 3 pairs of summer pyjamas, a pair of shorts and a dozen t-shirts.

There's still his duvet cover and some of my and Fester's shirts to do.

Thunderthighs has just done his backlog of t-shirts and I can hear him doing the dishes.

Fester has gone to the library.

Who knows what pleasures the afternoon will bring ...
