After
days of walking in this terrible weather,
I have finally come to the end of my tether:
A UTI infection and a night without sleep.
Under the blankets I’m going to creep.
To which I replied
I'm sorry to hear that you are in pain
From venturing out in persistent rain,
There's just so much moisture a body can take
So do stay indoors for your safety's sake.
Walking outdoors can be good and healthy,
But nasty infections are sneaky and stealthy
They creep into places you don't want them to be
Causing terrible trouble when you need to pee.
