Yesterday Ferretfingers sorted out a load of old CD-ROM games that were so old CEx couldn't take them (the lad was very apologetic).  Anyone know anywhere that might find a use for them, possibly for an art project or bird scarers?
Miss Doozer   I'll have them, please!  I need a plan to stop Charlie Chops from leaning over the non-electric bit of the fence and stuffing his face with the long grass.
Bentonbag  Excellent, come and get them.  I may also have some bits of old clothes line you could incorporate into the plan.
Do you know anybody who could use about a hundred egg boxes?
Miss Doozer   I'll ask! Do the Rising Sun not want them?
Bentonbag  I'll drop them an email - there may be elfinsafety issues.
Mrs Banjoman  Pets Corner Jesmond used to sell eggs.  Try the visitor Centre. or Ouseburn Farm? (Excuse crap punctuation.  Hit the wrong button......again.😩)
Mrs Leftfoot  Why have you saved a hundred egg boxes?
Bentonbag  We haven't "saved" them, they just get put to one side as "being useful someday" for putting in the bottom of runner bean trenches (they're the papier mache ones) or making briquettes (?) for the fire, and before long they're taking over the garage.
Mrs Quilt  We’ve got dozens of them.  I look forward to any replies you get.
Bentonbag  Rising Sun Farm have said yes they can use them for bringing in dirty eggs for washing - but I'm not sure they realise quite how many there are - we haven't grown runner beans for a couple of years.
Bentonbag  Ouseburn Farm  has said yes too - so I shall be able to do 2 loads and not swamp them.
Mrs Quilt  I'll get himself to sort out the surplus CDs but not until after next weekend.
Bentonbag  The CDs went to Miss Doozer-next-door for horsey purposes.  It's the egg boxes that are going to the Rising Sun Farm and Ouseburn Farm.
