Fester has come in with bags of cheap apricots - wants to make jam with them.

Ollie Beaverbrook  Go green - Save energy - Same basic ingredients - Ferment 'em.  Much better end product😀

Bentonbag  Too late - 9 smallish jars of golden brown gooey stuff cooling in the kitchen.

Dulcima  I am having a problem with my jars at present.  They are tribbling.  If you can't recall what that is - remember the "Trouble with Tribbles" episode of the original Star Trek.  The jars have had to be exiled to the garden hut.

Bentonbag  Mine live in the garage - full and empty.  I have actually almost run out of pound and under jam jars, but still have bigger chutney type.  A trip to the recycling centre beckons I fear ...
