Ties And Teeth

Following my tale of Thunderthighs’ tie the other day, 

a package arrived in the post this morning from Mrs Eft containing four ties that, presumably, belonged to her late husband.   

 

I'd just come back from St Oswald's Hospice Shop with a 3X Cotton Traders long sleeved 'proper' shirt.   

Last night I patched two pairs of his trousers, and there are more on the pile.  That should keep him going for a while.

 

Also the trip to St Oswald's Hospice Shop was after a visit to the dentist.   

First time since November 2016.   

Replaced a filling in my dead tooth WITHOUT ANAESTHETIC!   

Cleaned and polished, which was worse!  

Then said very pointedly "I will see you in 6 months" as I scuttled out.
