How
come Cotton Traders and Atlas For Men have clothes in sizes up to 4XL but their
socks and shoes only go up to size 11? Big men have big feet. In Thunderthighs' case 12H aka 13, so their
biggest socks are tight on him.
FiB M&M direct (online store) do 13 worth a look; sometimes TK Max. We
have the same problem here x
Bentonbag Thanks FiB, I've just ordered some size 12-14 socks from M&M direct and will let
you know how he gets on with them.
Mrs Quilt We buy Pringle soft tops for Mr Quilt. Boundary Mills stock them. They don't always have them in. I'm not sure
whether they go beyond an 8-11 though. M&S
soft tops were hopeless they shrunk to being tight around the ankles.
Bentonbag Fester
is into soft tops now. For some reason
his sock drawer is always full with pristine socks while he wears the same
holey stiff pair for days/weeks. I'm
just going to have to get a bit Edie Pegden and throw them out regardless.
The Chick Marks and
Spencer’s do a size 12-14 in socks
Bentonbag I shall drop heavy hints to my sister re birthday gifts (boring but useful)
she seems to spend a lot of time in M&S.
Pink Kitchen Remember
there is the M&S outlet at Byker - the reductions are normally pretty good!
In our experience M&S socks shrink noticeably. Pringle soft tops at Boundary Mills are no more expensive and don't constrict his ankles!
