A box has arrived from The Museums Selection - that's Thunderthighs' gifts sorted.

Bess Cavalier  I ordered some Christmas cards from them weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet.

Mrs Quilt  Aren't you a bit ahead of the game with a late delivered birthday gift kept back for Christmas? I've bought from local shops that have websites, noted the descriptions then e-mailed the shops asking about click’n’collect.  So far so good.  This has been an Amazon free Christmas!

Bentonbag  Ditto: Museum Selection, Coopers of Stortford and a company that sells silly maps.  Thunderthighs went down to the Metro Centre today and bought the Countdown calendar for Ferretfingers.  He's even wrapped it while we were out.

Mrs Leftfoot  Mrs Quilt could you ever doubt that our beloved domestic goddess would be anything other than "ahead of the game"?
