Fester
spent most of yesterday in or on the bed but was well enough to get up and make
Shepherd's Pie for tea.
The
washing left overnight was dry enough to bring in so I did a towel wash, which
also dried, and a hot wash which is still out on the line and now dripping.
I also
potted on 18 marrow/pumpkin seedlings; we are now out of fresh compost so can
do no more until we have a chance to get to the Armstrong Allotments shop (my
next two weekends are taken up so that won't be for a while).
Both Mrs
Leftfoot and Pearl rang (Mrs Leftfoot twice) so I had a chance for a vent and a
rant and a laugh.
Ferretfingers
returned home safe and well from his respite weekend. He went to bed fairly early for him and has got
himself up and dressed (08.20) with no call or nagging from me.
He is off
to the day Centre when they pick him up 09.30ish.
Thunderthighs
is off to Ouseburn for 10.30.
Fester is
off to the Plastic Hand Clinic for 10.15.*
I am
going to take myself out for a walk, in the rain.
