On our last trip to Sheffield we brought back the plant that lived on the front
room window sill which (as well as wrapping up the last mug) seemed to mark the
end of the house in Hackenthorpe as a home.
I put it with the other
semi-succulents and ferns on our back windowsill (inside) and it seems to be
enjoying the company, in fact it looks as though it's developing little flower
buds.
The bits that fell off in transit have been pushed
into some compost so tiny cuttings may be available for anyone who wants one.

The first thing I would do on all those many weekend trips to sort out the house in Sheffield, would be to water the plant (and possibly say hello to it). It is still alive in the same spot on the back windowsill, and sometimes flowers.
