More F***ing Gondolas

Once Fester got his feet firmly under my table, after our second son was born, Bazoukiboy moved into his flat.  This was a relief as far as house insurance was concerned.  Also he looks after it a lot better than Fester ever did.

Despite his care there was a leak from a damaged chimney stack into the flat’s attic, where Fester had a load of stuff stored.
We took the opportunity to also clear out the office he still had there, and bring over any things he thought might be useful.

We have spent most of today shifting Fester’s stuff from the loft and office at the flat so that

a) the flat's roof can be fixed

b) himself can sort out what he wants and recycle/bin the rest.

This is 2 Fiat Multipla car loads (less the space for me and the boys) and 3 of Bazoukiboy's car loads (less the space for him and Fester).

And there's still more stuff at the flat to come over!

Visitors may notice the similarity to 2012/13 when we brought up and sorted the stuff from the Fester family home in Sheffield

This is not a coincidence ....

Ferretfingers, though, had a great time getting files etc off shelves and out of cubby holes, filling bags and boxes, carrying them downstairs and putting them in the car, bringing them out of the car and bringing them to me to stack.
"More at Bazoukiboy's tomorrow?" was the request.
Thunderthighs seemed to enjoy it too.
So anyone needing any stuff shifted give me and the boys a shout.
