Yesterday I filled up the bird
feeder ball with past-best-before Xmas puddings (it's a long story for another
day).
This morning I found these beautiful fresh Red Admirals feeding on them.
The overnight rain/dew must have dissolved some of the sugar creating a sugar
solution for the butterflies to drink.
Wasps, flies and bumblebees like the puddings too.
