Broadband just went off so I phone Virgin and get a nice Scotsman.
"Turn the power off for a wee while … I'll tell you when to turn it back on."
30 seconds later "Turn in back on."
Broadband back on.
"See the next time it goes off try turning it off for a wee while and turning it back on again.
If that doesnee work ring us."
Ain't technology grand.
I suppose it's one up from "hit it with a hammer."
