About 9 this evening Thunderthighs
comes into the living room wearing only his post-bath boxers and starts
rummaging through the ironing basket.
"What do you want?"
"Short sleeved pyjamas. If they're
not in the ironing basket where are they?"
"In the wash or the laundry basket.
Just put a t-shirt on over your boxers."
He leaves the room and moments later I heard the back door crash and a high
pitched "whoop!"
He marches triumphantly into the
living room wearing a pair of shorts and short
sleeved pyjamas.
"Where did you get them?"
"Off the washing line."
"You got them off the washing line outside and
put them on? Aren't they damp and cold?"
"I'll be ok."
I sometimes wonder ....
