The Tivo box conflict continues with Ferretfingers insisting on adding on series links, some of which override series other members of the household want to see.
It is an obsession and once he gets hold of the remote it's a battle getting it back.
This morning I resorted to the ultimate threat:
Singing.
And as "Guide me oh thou great Redeemer" rang out through the living room
Ferretfingers shrieked shrilly
"Help - Mum is turning into an opera!"
Wish there was an emoticon for you've-got-to-laugh ....
Henlady I used to threaten mine with singing at the shops and dancing to the background muzac. The things we do for peace. They behaved at the shops and lived in dread of me misbehaving and shaming them.
