Seeing
the look of surprise on my face when he announced we should have a Chinese
delivery for tea, and my potential disapproval of his choice of beef curry and
chips with curry sauce
("From a Chinese?!")
himself announced
"Well I haven't had a Chinese curry for years and I fancy it and, anyway,
I think we've reached the stage where we can have…”
pause for thought
“… Treats!"
Little does he realise he may have opened a Pandora's box there.
