I’ve just turned the television onto Freeview BBCOne in order to get the weather forecast.  

The sound is off.

The first thing we see is a pithead being demolished then Arthur Scargill making a speech.

"My” says Thunderthighs “the Great North Run's taken a dark turn."

Yesterday I got around to installing the new hub Virgin insisted we have.

Of course once the new hub was up and running then it had to be explained to Fester how to connect his laptop to it.

"How should I know?  I've never done anything like this before!!"

Which is a complete lie as this is the third hub Virgin have inflicted on us so he's done it at least twice.

Thank God Thunderthighs was on hand to show him because the tether is very very short at present.
