lot of things happened in 2012 and a hurty hip didn’t help.
To be honest with all the other problems that year I'd forgotten about this one.

Have done something to my left hip
and can only get upstairs by crawling and come down backwards.
Turning over in bed was fun too.
Phoned GP cover, spoke to nice doctor who said
"Well don't keep going upstairs then - or aggravating it - rest it and see
your GP Monday".
Great!
Too much sorting to do!
Fester's been and got
Voltarol tablets from chemist and I've had a hot bath and the bugger still
hurts.
